What is the delivery time?

For orders shipped outside of the UK, delivery times are typically:

Europe: 2–6 business days

Rest of the world: 2–7 business days

At times are estimated and may be longer, especially during peak periods or holidays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rates may differ depending on your payment currency.

What is the cost of delivery?

There are no duty or import fees for orders within the UK, EU, Australia or USA.

Tax is free in the UK and most of Europe.

Shipping costs may vary based on the destination. You'll always see the exact delivery cost at checkout before completing your payment.

How is my order packaged?

When purchasing a poster without a frame, it will be shipped in a sturdy, protective tube. If you order posters with frames, they will be packaged together in a durable cardboard box, with the posters securely placed for extra protection.

At Habrika we ship worldwide! With print studios in Europe, US, and Australia, we minimize delivery costs while also reducing our carbon footprint by printing as close to you as possible.

We partner with a network of print labs around the globe to ensure fast and reliable shipping to every corner of the world.

I’ve placed an order, what’s next?

Fantastic! Your order is now with our print studio and will be produced shortly. Since all our art prints and frames are made to order, we minimize waste by only printing what’s sold. But don’t worry—this doesn’t mean long wait times. Our studios work around the clock, with the majority of orders produced and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive the tracking details via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns

How to return my order?

We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@habrika.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please not that the products are your liability until they are received back at our warehouse. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I exchange an order?

We are pleased to accept an exchange, granted it is no later than 14 days from the day you received your parcel.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How can I claim a damaged or incorrect product?

If you need to report a damaged or incorrect product, please check your order upon arrival and contact us at hello@habrika.com right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll assess the issue and work swiftly to find a solution.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.
